We are very proud to announce that we have won ‘Employer of the Year’ at the Cornwall Business Awards 2017.
Our team picked up the award from England rugby world cup winner Matt Dawson in front of over 200 of the county’s leading business figures at St Mellion International Resort. We were also honoured to win a silver award in the ‘Best New Business’ category.
This success comes less than a week after our very own Heidi Wyatt won Dental Nurse of the Year at the Dental Awards 2017 in Birmingham.
Commenting on achievements Paul Critchley, managing director at Smile Together said: “This is the result of a huge team effort. Firstly, our dedicated staff who have thrived in a new employee-owned structure which encourages them to take a stake in our development. Secondly, our partners Fuel, Oxford Innovation Ltd (Chris Hines and Sarah Pryce), Kitsons (Carolyn Giles) and Burchill GC (John Burchill).”
