Our team comprising of Ali Cane, Tina Allen, Sally Phillips and Tracy Wilson had a great couple of days exhibiting at the prestigious BDIA Dental Showcase at the NEC in Birmingham, alongside Blue Sky People Ltd – the dental recruitment specialists with whom we are partnering to attract new clinical team members to our company. The show was a fantastic opportunity to meet with existing partners and suppliers from across the UK, and discuss our flexible opportunities with potential new clinical recruits. Our new recruitment flyers proved extremely popular in promoting our opportunities including specific pathways for early career dentists and those seeking to refocus their careers.
And to top it all we were proud to be presented with a prestigious runner-up national award from Schulke in recognition of our infection prevention and control practices and were delighted that our non-executive director Rob Witton was able to join us for the celebration. The judges praised our entry for “a positive approach, excellent teamwork and dedication to training to reach the highest standards of IP&C.”
This prestigious national award follows hot on the heels of Smile Together winning ‘Employer of the Year’ in the Cornwall Business Awards 2017 and our very own Heidi Watts winning ‘Dental Nurse of the Year 2017’.
