Everyone loves a little reward and what better than a fun and colourful sticker after a visit to the dentist.
Design something that you would like to receive, that makes you happy.
It can be somewhere in or related to Cornwall or something to do with visiting the dentist or looking after your oral health. A design that would appeal to nursery and primary school age children, other young people or right through to older people – everyone loves a sticker!

The small print:
Deadline for entries is Friday 5th July 2024.
Entrants must be under 18 years old and live in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.
The judges will shortlist and select multiple winning designs during the summer and their decision is final.
The Smile Together Outreach team will advise all the entrants of the outcome once the judges have made their decision.
The winning entrants will be deemed as giving consent for their designs to be used as our new reward stickers for our dental practices and outreach projects, and to feature in our competition promotion on our website and social media.
As a certified B Corporation passionate about our social and environmental impact, our stickers will be biodegradable and printed by a local carbon-neutral printing company.
